Welcome to Divine Spiritual Guidance. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase, scheduling, and participation in services offered by Divine Spiritual Guidance (“DSG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service, or participating in a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Services

Divine Spiritual Guidance offers services intended to support personal growth, self-exploration, relaxation, spiritual development, and personal insight. Services may include spiritual life coaching, Reiki, intuitive energy healing, intuitive guidance, hypnotherapy, educational programs, and related offerings.

The specific nature, length, price, and format of each service are described on the website or scheduling page.

Scope of Services

DSG services are complementary and personal-development services. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition and are not substitutes for services provided by licensed medical, mental-health, legal, or financial professionals.

Clients are responsible for determining whether a service is appropriate for their individual circumstances and for seeking qualified professional care when needed.

Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled through our online scheduling system.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and selecting the appropriate appointment type when booking.

Appointment availability may change. DSG reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment when necessary. If DSG must cancel or reschedule a paid appointment, the client will be offered an appropriate rescheduling or refund option.

Payments

Prices are displayed at the time of booking or purchase. Unless otherwise stated, payment is required according to the payment terms shown during scheduling.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you also agree to any applicable terms of the payment provider used to complete the transaction.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Your time and ours are valuable. If you need to change an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be non-refundable or subject to a cancellation fee.

Exceptions may be considered at DSG's discretion for emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.

If DSG must cancel an appointment, any payment made for that appointment may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment or refunded, as appropriate.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may still end at its originally scheduled time so that subsequent appointments are not affected. The full session fee may still apply.

Refunds

Completed sessions are generally non-refundable.

For prepaid services, programs, packages, digital materials, or other offerings, any applicable refund terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Where specific terms are provided for an offering, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Client Participation & Responsibility

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, well-being, and results.

DSG cannot guarantee a particular outcome from any service. Experiences vary from person to person, and personal growth, relaxation, insight, or other results cannot be guaranteed.

You are encouraged to communicate questions, concerns, preferences, and boundaries during your session.

You may decline an exercise or request that a particular topic or technique not be used.

Intuitive & Spiritual Services

Any intuitive, spiritual, Tarot/Oracle, or similar guidance offered by DSG is intended for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and informational or entertainment purposes.

Such guidance should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

You retain responsibility for all decisions you make following a session.

Hypnotherapy

Participation in hypnotherapy is voluntary. Individual experiences and results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Hypnotherapy offered through DSG is intended for personal development and supportive purposes within the practitioner's training and scope of practice. It is not a substitute for medical or licensed mental-health treatment.

Clients should disclose information they believe may affect whether hypnotherapy is appropriate for them and consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional when necessary.

Reiki & Energy Work

Reiki and intuitive energy healing are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, personal awareness, and a sense of balance and well-being.

No diagnosis, medical treatment, or guarantee of healing is provided through these services.

Coaching

Spiritual life coaching is a collaborative personal-development process. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or another licensed healthcare service.

The client remains responsible for choices, decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from the coaching process.

Confidentiality

DSG respects the privacy of information shared during sessions and handles client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is required by applicable law or where information must otherwise be disclosed to comply with a lawful obligation.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content provided through the Divine Spiritual Guidance website, programs, workbooks, written materials, recordings, graphics, exercises, and other original materials is owned by or licensed to Divine Spiritual Guidance and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Materials provided for your personal use may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, access restricted areas without authorization, or use website content in a manner that infringes the rights of Divine Spiritual Guidance or others.

Third-Party Services & Links
